How does the service work?

We leverage our relationships with employers to find the real openings you are looking for, directly from employers. We don’t work with job boards, head hunters or job board aggregators. As we find open roles that meet your specific criteria we post these jobs in the system for you to check out and apply. Only you see the jobs that we find for you.

And that’s just the job leads part. We offer a free resume analysis, upgraded resume services, one-on-coaching, free custom job search techniques/tips, LinkedIn.com strategies, job search accountability partner pairings, executive job search strategies and much more. We are your comprehensive job search partner.

How are you different from all the other sites out there?

We actually work for you. We don’t wait for companies to post jobs on our site. Instead, we reach directly out to companies to find the jobs you need. Unlike a piece of software, you get to work with an actual human being, a former corporate staffing pro. They know how to help you get into the job you actually want. You have access to them at any time through your private message box. Whatever you need to get you into the best job of your career they are there to help.

How do you know that you are showing me jobs I haven’t applied for?

We count on you to let us know what you have applied for. Our job is not only to show you open roles but also give you a place to easily keep track of the jobs you have applied for. Your account manager will view your activity and instruct his/her team to reach out to specific employers to find fresh openings for you. You have the option not to update us on your job search activity but our service works best when it is a collaborative effort between you and your account manager.

What if I don’t want my employer to know I am looking?

No problem, we do not allow any companies access to your information. We don’t offer a resume database for employers to peruse and we don’t sell your information. Your privacy is our main concern.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my service?

Yes, you will have the ability to change your service level at any time. You may also add additional services in your control panel.

How do I cancel?

It’s easy to cancel. Just cancel your service through your control panel and you will receive email confirmation of cancellation. Once you cancel you will not be billed again.

Is it safe to subscribe to the service?

Yes. All payment transactions run through secure connections, and all credit card numbers are stored with a bank-level secure external credit card processor.

How often should I expect to see new jobs?

It depends on your search criteria. But, our goal is to show you new jobs every day. At the very least, you will get updates from us throughout the week so you know what we are working on for you and what to expect.

May I change my job search criteria if I decide want to pursue other jobs?

Yes! You may change your search criteria at any time without penalty or additional costs.
